-Orange bar tape on drop bars and orange/black tires (if unchanged)

-Belleri stem

I built this bike and engraved the serial # “Moni1” basically my name. Ran into the thief last Sunday and failed to confiscate the bike. Now I’m on the hunt. He’s middle-40s, tan skin, thin, black braid to shoulders, average dirty clothes, some small faded tattoos on forearm, goes by Marty. Has been reported to police, but they’re slow.
